Expected Time of Arrival
There is a 7 day prep time on all shipments. Your order is fulfilled by FedEx 2 day service.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Packages can NOT be sent to P.O. boxes. Please only address packages to residential or commercial properties within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email reviewing your order. If there are any errors on your order (wrong cookie flavor, quantity, wrong address, etc.) please reply directly to the confirmation email and a team member will reach out to you within 48 hours to correct any errors. You will receive an additional confirmation email with your tracking number the day your order is shipped (on average within 4-5 days after your order has been placed). Once your order has been shipped, there are no changes that can be made to your order.
Damages
Sweet Red Peach is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at shipping@sweetredpeach.com to file a claim. Please take a picture of and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do not ship internationally.
Returns Policy
We will not accept returned baked goods. If the contents of the package are damaged, please refer to our 'damages' clause.
Shipping Cancellation Policy
If an online order needs to be cancelled, please reply to the confirmation receipt from purchase and a confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.
Online orders need to be cancelled no later than 48 hrs after order is placed in order to be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellation after that will not be issued a refund.
